As President and CEO of Morgan Bradley, Tim uses his extensive
knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry to lead
our team in finding innovative strategies to fit your
healthcare needs. Before founding Morgan Bradley in August
2004, Tim worked in many industries, primarily focusing on
healthcare. He currently is a Principal and President of
Michigan Orthopedic Services.
An active visionary in the community, Tim is involved with the

Tim attended Gogebic Community College

Morgan (the inspiration behind our name), Kasey, Lexie, Davis
(T-Bone), and Tucker (“the Rocket”). |

Laura Gitre Vice President, Healthcare Payor Practice (810) 494 0100
Laura Gitre is the most recent addition to our leaders board.
Laura brings decades of business and technology leadership in
the healthcare space and we are proud to have her lead some of
our very strategic initiatives.
Laura provides leadership to our clients and consultants in
the areas of health care payer business operations and
technical solutions. Laura has 22 plus years of experience at
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and Blue Cross Blue
Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC). At BCBSM she lead efforts
to set up and run the corporate Project Management Office (cPMO).
She has extensive systems and operational background in new
product and group implementations on multiple platforms. She
has worked to develop new products and operating models for
the Medicare Advantage product line. She worked on the initial
implementation of the BlueCard Program (ITS) at BCBSM several
years ago; more recently she worked on the redesign of the
BlueCard Program solution at BCBSNC.
Laura lives in Canton, Michigan with her husband John and
daughter Kelly. Her sons Michael and Aaron are both nearby in
Canton. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a
degree in Operations Research and Information Systems. |

David Halonen
Principal Technology Consultant
David brings strong software development &
process experience via a variety of career experiences.
This includes developing software for ultrasound and
nuclear medical imaging, ERP software systems, J2EE
production support tools, intellectual property database
development and on-line enrollment systems for medical
health insurance carriers. He is a credentialed PMI PMP
and BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer
Science from Michigan Technological University. David &
his family live in South Lyon and are active in their
church. Morgan Bradley welcomes his entrepreneurial
spirit and dedication. |

Sean Carlson
Chief of Operations
Sean brings a depth and breadth of public and
commercial sector experience in the field of contracting
and procurement. Sean was the Chief Procurement Officer
for the State of Michigan from 2003 to 2006, while
serving at the state he has been credited for saving in
excess of $500 million in tax dollars and reengineering
state procurement. In 2006 he was nationally recognized
by the AGA (Association of Government Accountants) for
transforming the State of Michigan's procurement and
bringing tools of transparency to state government and
adopting procurement policies that supported 100%
competition. Sean also has experience in governance
having served as the Chief of Staff to Speaker Andy
Dillon. Sean as served as Chief Procurement Officer for
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and was asked to
transform the procurement operations at Blue Cross.
After 24 months on the job Sean successfully led the
transformation of Blue Cross purchasing and yielding a
contract savings return on investment by 287% in 24
months. Sean is a graduate from Michigan State
University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration, Master of Arts in Labor Relations and
Human Resources and a Juris Doctorate in Law. Morgan
Bradley welcomes his entrepreneurial spirit and
expertise as a business operations and procurement
transformation specialist and is keen understanding of
procurement process in both the state and federal
government arena. |
